Our client is an innovative company operating in the ICT industry since 2023, specializing in NMS/OSS systems, system platforms, and as a Software House. It offers a wide range of products, from custom IT solutions, commercial solutions, to those based on open-source software, always tailored to the specific needs of the client. The company stands out in the market due to its expert management approach and a team with over a decade of experience in the industry. It is currently looking for professionals experienced in designing, implementing, operating, and servicing teleinformatic systems who want to join the team and collectively create innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidates are those who have technological certificates and a passion for creating new technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the position of IT Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications sector
• Knowledge of business and technological processes in the Telco industry (e.g., BSS, OSS, CRM, billing, provisioning)
• Experience in modeling business processes (BPMN, UML) and creating analytical documentation
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Knowledge of SQL and basic database skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication and documentation creation

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and modeling of business processes in the Telco industry
• Gathering, documenting, and managing system and business requirements
• Collaboration with development and product teams to deliver effective solutions
• Creating analytical documentation, requirement specifications, and process diagrams
• Supporting the testing team in defining test cases
• Participating in project meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Monitoring changes in Telco systems and assessing their impact on business processes
• Supporting the implementation of new solutions and optimizing existing systems
