At least 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally combined with experience in IT Project Management.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and process mapping.
Proven ability to analyze internal business processes and translate them into IT and functional requirements.
Experience with implementation and rollout of internal IT applications within a corporate or multi-country environment.
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to manage smaller project streams independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization.
