We are looking for a skilled professional to provide expert-level support, maintenance, and enhancement of the PeopleSoft Finance and General Ledger modules.

responsibilities :
Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the General Ledger (GL)
Handle incidents, queries, and service requests related to PeopleSoft GL
Investigate and resolve escalated issues from the finance team, coordinating with technical teams as needed
Support modules integrated with GL (AP, AR, PO)
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues, delegating tasks to offshore teams when appropriate
Work with process leads on VAT updates and cross-module changes
Participate in testing activities for both PeopleSoft
Troubleshoot application issues in development and production environments
Build strong relationships with business users, advising on reporting, audits, and change requests
Prioritize incoming requests and initiate change requests when necessary
Provide operational support and guidance to business users
Foster collaboration with EMEA and global PeopleSoft teams, as well as other IT and business units
requirements-expected :
Experience with PeopleSoft
Solid understanding of GL processes, financial reporting, and integration with AP, AR, and PO modules
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex functional issues
Effective communication skills with both finance and IT stakeholders
