The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the digital assets of an organization. This role involves organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets to ensure they are easily accessible and efficiently used across the organization
Land simplification initiatives within the IDT portfolio through digital transformation and accelerate opportunities within the end market Marketing Digital Adoption program
Accountable for stability, efficiency & silent running through management & monitoring of IDT services by underpinning contracts (SLA); driving towards a world class IDT user experience and compliance
responsibilities :
Platform Management:
Develop and maintain platform guidelines, principles, and standard methodologies.
Develop, document, and share standard processes for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and other Adobe stack platforms.
Define and enforce principles for platform usage, development, and governance
Specific Activities:
Asset Organization: Analyze and organize all digital assets within the DAM system.
Metadata Management: Work with team leaders to develop and implement metadata and taxonomy structures.
Tagging and Cataloging: Tag and catalog digital assets to ensure they are easily searchable and retrievable.
System Management: Monitor and maintain the DAM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning properly.
Backlog Management:
Act as a proxy Product Owner, maintaining the platform backlog and ensuring
Roadmap and Execution:
Co-create the platform roadmap and oversee its execution.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

Proficient in Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and other Adobe stack platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience, Adobe Experience Manager).
Understanding of DevSecOps practices and their application in platform management.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Strong capability in backlog management and capacity planning.
Proficient in backlog management tools, e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and project managers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global partners
Credibility and trust, ideally having earned the respect of IDT managers and other business managers at all levels.
