Minimum Requirements

  • At least two years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks/methodologies
  • Good knowledge and experience of modelling languages (BPMN, UML)
  • Business analysis certification is a plus
  • University degree (especially graduates of the following faculties: information systems, computer science in economy, other IT and economic faculties)
  • Focus on the quality of work
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with the team
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Polish

  • Participating in the creation and implementation of modern software dedicated to supporting business processes related to employees

Our recruitment process

Get to know the team better

You will join the IT Software Engineering team, which is responsible for building solutions supporting KPMG employees in Poland and in the CEE region. Our portfolio consists of multiple systems and applications which support Audit and other business units in their daily duties. By joining our team, you will be actively participating in the digital transformation within KPMG. Also, you will take part in building new applications and migrating existing ones to the Microsoft Azure cloud.
