Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation and optimization of SAP systems.
Utilize business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) to design and document process flows and instructions.
Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for process development teams.
Identify training needs, organize, and deliver training sessions for end users.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system rollout (definition, testing, and go-live support).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (SAP preferred).
Proven ability to analyze processes and create comprehensive documentation (e.g., process flows, instructions).
Knowledge of BPMN or UML for process modeling.
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1 level).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
