For one of our clients in the construction industry, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with good knowledge of ERP systems

Oczekujemy

• A relevant IT qualification, such as a BSc in an IT-related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Infor ERP LN CSIE.
• Demonstrated success in supporting and delivering ERP applications.
• Project Management experience, preferably with PRINCE2 methodology.
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance processes.
• Familiarity with Business Process Modeling (BPM) and BPMN 2.0 standards.
• ITIL certification, showcasing expertise in IT service management.

Zadania

• Act as a functional expert with in-depth knowledge of one or more modules of our Infor ERP LN CSIE Application, including add-ons.
• Handle both operational and change management tasks for the ERP system.
• Provide 2nd level support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Transfer knowledge to and support the 2nd line support team, enhancing their capabilities.
• Address 3rd level issues and change requests where domain expertise is available, resolving complex run-related problems.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and escalate issues to service partners as necessary.
• Log, update, and close tickets related to run and change activities for ERP and its integrated applications.
• Oversee ‘small change’ initiatives, which are too minor to be considered full projects but require effective management.
