We are looking for an IT Lead Business Analyst in Warsaw to support the EEMEA region in "Order to Cash" areas.

In this position, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and processes within the Finance area and act as a liaison between the business (SME, BPO) and the IT team. You will provide knowledge and expertise to IT, the business, and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization. You will be responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the EEMEA teams for understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, supporting projects, and coordinating communication among various business groups and IS technical teams.

Is this you?

You are an Experienced IT professional: Business/IT Analyst with at least 7 years of related experience; with process mapping, user stories creation, gap analysis, and UAT support.

You speak Fluent English: A key part of this role will be to work with international stakeholders across the world.

You have a Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related degree; qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent is preferred.

You are Skilled Within the Following Areas: Knowledge of Medical Industry, Finance area (pricing, order management and fulfillment, Accounts Receivable, Billing, tender processes, Sales, Marketing, and/or consultancy background would be a plus) Oracle CPQ / JDEdwards.

You love a Challenge: Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and creating innovative solutions. You can organize and direct diverse activities in a changing environment, often under time pressure.
