about-project :
The D365 Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, and designing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to support business objectives with a strong focus on manufacturing operations and logistics.
The ideal candidate combines an understanding of supply chain and operational processes (BOM, planning, productions orders, reporting, warehouse management, inventory transactions) with strong D365 product knowledge and good communication skills to guide users from requirement gathering through successful implementation and adoption
responsibilities :
Engage with business to gather and document requirements for new functionalities, process improvements, and system configurations in D365 F&O.
Analyze existing business processes and propose optimized workflows leveraging D365 standard capabilities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development or configuration.
Configure D365 modules (Supply Chain, Proc, Production planning, MRP, etc.) in line with business needs & best practices.
Conduct fit-gap analysis for new rollouts, upgrades, or feature enhancements.
Collaborate with developers, integration teams, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions.
Perform system testing (unit, functional, UAT) and coordinate user sign-off.
Deliver training sessions, user documentation, and support materials to ensure adoption.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
requirements-expected :
5-10 years of experience in business analysis, or in application support and development.
Experience working in an international company and managing projects across regions.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
