The IT Business Analyst CRM will oversee the applications utilized by the Leasing department.
In addition the role will ensure the development and management of our proprietary leasing application. He/She must work closely with Leasing staff to understand and address their IT needs. This includes providing firstlevel support for any IT issues they encounter, and redirecting more complex problems to specialized internal resources as needed.
Together with the IT manager for leasing, He/She will be responsible for analyzing requirements and coordinate with 3rd party providers to ensure that our leasing application landscape is effectively integrated and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a can-do mentality, be highly structured, and possess strong analytical and
communication skills.

responsibilities :

Day-to-day support for the leasing team
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirement
Collaborate with business, provide training, and help the users with how-to questions
Provide support for the leasing application
Stay updated on the latest Leasing platform technologies and best practices.
Utilize best practice processes and conduct change impact analysis and change management
Push for process standardization across different locations.

requirements-expected :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in business analysis, or in application support and development.
Experience working in an international company and managing projects across regions.
Experience with modern software development methods
Familiarity with database principles and structures
Familiarity with SQL queries (SQL Server in particular)
Familiarity with Azure platform
Familiarity with a CRM application (Salesforce, …)
Expert with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
Basic knowledge in business analysis methodologies & tools.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
