Our Requirements

• Preferred education in IT or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to identify stakeholder issues and translate them into functional requirements.
• Experience working with development teams.
• Skill in finding practical solutions between development teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills when working under pressure.
• High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of the business value and technical implications of delivered solutions.

Nice to Have

• Industry certifications in business analysis will be an additional advantage.
