IT Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis using SQL, SAS, and Python to handle large datasets effectively
• Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of business terminologies
• Support in UT, ST and UAT
• Collaborate within an agile environment to improve processes and deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to improving credit risk management and ensuring smooth integration of IT solutions into business operations

Ideal candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience and at least 4 years as an Analyst
• Advanced Data Analysis skills, with a deep knowledge of SQL, SAS, and Python
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Functional experience in Credit Risk management
• Ability to independently convert business requirements into detailed solution designs
• Experience in supporting testing processes such as UT, ST, and UAT
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

• Work model: hybrid (1-2 days a week in the office)
• Salary: 100-130 PLN net/h
