The role holder will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting large datasets across the bank to identify patterns, journey-specific data, and valuable insights. The analyst will apply a range of technical tools and analytical methods to support the business, enhance efficiency, and provide a solid foundation for strategic decision-making.
Hybrid: 6 days per month in the office in Cracow
responsibilities :
Collect, analyse, and prepare datasets from various sources across the bank (Onboarding, KYC, Products, Tax).
Maintain and optimise data systems, ensuring governance, quality, and integrity.
Aggregate and transform data for modelling and analysis.
Deliver clear insights and reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Apply Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Present findings to leadership to support strategic decisions.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in data analysis.
Recommend process improvements and contribute to better practices in data analysis, mapping, and requirements gathering.
Strong communication skills to explain complex insights to diverse audiences.
Effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams across the bank.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
