Job Opportunity: Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency, and supporting delivery teams.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 6 times per month)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to define and document API integration requirements.
• Document technical processes and identify gaps.
• Create test cases and support migration planning.
• Work closely with delivery teams to monitor progress and clarify requirements.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with process flow mapping and gap analysis.
• Ability to create and refine user stories, support UAT, and analyze operational impacts.
• Good communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Experience and Skills:

• IT Service/Management certification is a plus.
• Experience in Agile and end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, and Confluence.
• IT Service/Management certification is a plus.
