For NATEK Poland, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will be dedicated to a project in the Banking Industry (specifically in the Interest Rate Risk in Banking Booking) and focused on core technical capabilities of the system.

You will be part of an international team, which is built around 9 core people currently located in Wroclaw, Poland (including Oracle developers, business analysts, scrum masters, QA experts). The team has been established for 1 year. The system is collecting data from transaction portfolios and transforming them on AWS and the private cloud.

Your Responsibilities

1. Business analyst function, involving working closely with Functional/IT BAs and stakeholders in the Treasury IT department.
2. Writing/reviewing Business Requirements documentation, reviewing Functional Specifications, writing UAT plans, and performing and/or coordinating with end-users the User Acceptance Testing.
3. Strong analytical skills and project execution skills (define Business Requirements and document them, including for data sourcing and reporting, and produce functional specifications accordingly for use by the technical team).
4. Support test execution and work with the development team for resolution of technical issues identified during test phases prior to deployment of newly developed technical specifications.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
6. Superb interpersonal skills in English (both verbal and written) to be able to get along with business partners and regional teams.

Our Requirements

1. 3-5 years of working as a BA.
2. Experience in data sourcing & mining solutions, banking industry, banking system solutions.
3. Basic tools about business analysis (knowledge about architecture level, making documentation).
4. Good experience in writing SQL queries for performing functional checkouts of changes implemented by the development team (essential).
5. Experience with Agile methodology and full SDLC (essential).
