XTB is seeking a skilled Internal Auditor at the Specialist level to join our team and conduct comprehensive IT audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing transactional systems, performing security audits and evaluating external IT systems used by financial institutions. This role requires a professional who is well-versed in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) recommendations for IT auditing as well as in other relevant market standards of IT auditing.
responsibilities :
Conduct audits of transactional systems to ensure accuracy and compliance,
Perform security audits of IT systems utilized by XTB to identify vulnerabilities and ensure robust security measures,
Evaluate external systems used by XTB to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements,
Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders,
Manage and prioritize own projects, ensuring timely completion of audit tasks.
requirements-expected :
Possession of CISA, CISSP, or other IT audit-related certifications is highly desirable,
At least 2 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably within the financial sector,
Strong written communication skills for effective report writing and stakeholder communication,
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage own projects independently.
