IT ASSOCIATE BUSINESS MANAGER

Salary: 130PLN/hour - 140 PLN/hour 

Work Model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

A leading IT organization, dedicated to driving innovation and developing cutting-edge technology solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our growing team. We are committed to delivering superior services to our clients and expanding our capabilities.

The Business Management function is critical in overseeing recruitment and operational activities, including workforce, vendor, and resource management.

Reporting to the Country Business Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the department, focusing on data analysis, report preparation, senior stakeholder management, and involvement in regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for accuracy in reporting.

•      Positive feedback from Country Business Manager, senior stakeholders and peers

Impact on the Business:

• Have a strong understanding of workforce requirements and ensure the creation and successful execution of workforce plans.
• Champion the technology workforce strategy and ensure close adherence to key principles across the organization.
• Support workforce transformation initiatives, including headcount caps, annual furlough processes, role migrations, and conversions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and global teams to execute resource plans and meet resource demand.
• Work with vendors to ensure alignment and execution of resource plans, meeting demand effectively.
• Maintain high-quality workforce data and ensure alignment across tools and systems such as Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, and MyTRM.
• Build a clear view of vendor requirements and collaborate with vendors to meet those needs.
• Identify sustainable cost-saving opportunities and ensure strong financial discipline across the team.
• Adhere to the annual HR timetable, driving the execution of key HR activities, such as role and capability management, training agendas, and performance management.
• Ensure strong operational compliance within the team.
• Manage leadership communications and cascades as needed.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate accurate reports that support business decisions.
• Excel Mastery: Use advanced Excel functions and tools to manage, analyze, and present data efficiently.
• Data Presentation: Create clear, compelling presentations to communicate data insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communication: Clearly and concisely convey complex information in both written and verbal formats, ensuring effective communication across teams and departments.
• English Proficiency: Exhibit strong English language skills, both written and spoken, to maintain clear and professional communication.
• Passion for Reporting: Demonstrate enthusiasm for creating accurate and insightful reports that guide decision-making.
• Data Accuracy: Pay close attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports.
• Project Development: Lead the development of technology initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional strategies.
• Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to support and improve local initiatives, ensuring consistency across different regions.
• Trusted Advisor: Become a trusted advisor on operational matters and build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• COO Collaboration: Collaborate with the COO function (Finance, Workforce, Governance, and Vendor) to ensure engagement and understanding of operational principles.
• Operational Execution: Establish effective working relationships with country-aligned business management teams to ensure smooth operational execution in key locations.
