responsibilities :

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; generate accurate reports to support business decisions.
• Excel Expertise: Use advanced Excel functions and tools to manage, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Presentation & Communication: Prepare clear and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders; communicate complex information concisely.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Operational Compliance: Drive execution of HR activities, workforce planning, and vendor management processes.
• Regional Collaboration: Support regional initiatives and ensure consistency across locations.
• Maintain high-quality workforce data across systems (Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, MyTRM).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Management or Workforce Planning.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for accurate reporting.
