We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management professional to join a technology team supporting a large, complex organization operating in the transport and logistics sector. The role focuses on managing and optimizing software-related application assets and portfolios, particularly in environments undergoing organizational change. The position requires close cooperation with business and IT stakeholders and offers a hybrid working model with regular on-site collaboration.
responsibilities :
Contribute to integration initiatives by analyzing and structuring application landscapes
Coordinate application evaluation and selection processes involving multiple stakeholders
Maintain and improve the quality of application data repositories and related documentation
Gather and translate business and technical requirements into structured asset records
Support the intake and prioritization of new application demands from concept to delivery
Ensure alignment between application assets, business needs, and IT governance standards
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management or closely related software-focused areas
Hands-on background in application portfolio or software asset management rather than hardware assets
Experience working with structured configuration or asset data models
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Fluency in both Polish and English for daily professional communication
Openness to a hybrid work arrangement with one day per week spent working from the office
