IT Asset Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records of licenses, warranties, service agreements, and vendor contracts
- Ensure accuracy of asset data in ServiceNow (CMS)
- Review and analyze over 800 applications
- Verify and enter license agreement details into the system
- Manage license renewals and provide guidance where applicable
- Identify and collect missing entitlement and licensing documents
- Assess license usage rights, including cloud and VDI environments
- Assist in preparing software installation packages
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Asset Management (software/hardware)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
- Understanding of software licensing models and contract terms
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, amendments, and usage rights
- Technical Skills: ITIL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow (SNOW), Tableau
- Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
