As an IT Asset Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that technology assets — from software licenses to hardware — are used efficiently, securely, and cost‑effectively across a global enterprise environment. ? What You’ll Do:

• Support the implementation and execution of IT Asset Management and FinOps strategies and processes.
• Monitor and optimize software and hardware usage using data‑driven insights.
• Analyze license usage and identify cost‑saving opportunities and compliance risks.
• Maintain and develop tools such as FlexeraOne, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports on software usage and optimization potential.
• Manage service requests related to IT assets and licensing.
• Cooperate with procurement and finance teams to align asset management with budgeting and vendor negotiations.

? Who You’ll Work With:

• Internal IT teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, and architecture.
• External vendors and technology partners.
• Procurement and finance departments for budgeting and vendor management alignment.
• University degree in IT, finance, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with IT Asset Management tools, ideally FlexeraOne (ITAM, SaaS, Cloud).
• Familiarity with cloud and traditional infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of software licensing (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• A collaborative and international mindset.
