You will collaborate with Service Owners, Application Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects to drive the full application lifecycle — from vendor selection and implementation to seamless ongoing support.

As an IT Specialist for Group Applications in Global IT at DSV, you will:
Own and Manage the Planon Application: Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Planon application, supporting Facility, Leasing, and Real Estate. Responsibilities include end-to-end support, incident resolution, and proactive stakeholder engagement to optimize system performance and user experience.
Develop IT Governance & Roadmap : Develop and maintain an IT governance and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills – The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels, and you have strong English skills, both spoken and written.
Organized & Flexible – Comfortable handling details of all levels and approaching tasks in a structured and adaptable way.
