We are looking for an experienced IT Architect (DWP) to support the design and implementation of a cloud-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution.

The role focuses on selecting, designing, and optimizing a secure, scalable, and efficient Digital Workplace Platform , ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.

IT Architect (DWP)

Location: Poland – Warsaw / Gdańsk / Gdynia (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate project activities and support the selection and implementation of the most suitable VDI solution

• Provide deep technical expertise and best practices for designing, deploying and optimizing VDI in cloud environments

• Ensure the solution is efficient, secure, and scalable

• Assess compliance of the VDI solution with organizational requirements

• Collaborate with IT architects to design the target VDI infrastructure

• Define specifications for networking, security, and policies

• Support technical teams in configuring the VDI environment

• Participate in PoC activities, testing, and analysis of results

• Recommend improvements and automation opportunities

• Create technical and operational documentation

Required Experience

• Strong architectural understanding of platforms across full project delivery lifecycle

• Ability to own and resolve technical issues and blockers independently

• Extensive experience working with cloud platforms (15+ years)

• Deep knowledge of designing, deploying and optimizing VDI in cloud environments

• Experience with:

  • AWS WorkSpaces 2.0

  • Citrix Cloud

  • Azure Virtual Desktop

• Strong understanding of complex cloud architectures and VDI solutions

• Ability to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solution design

• Experience with proof of concept implementation and testing

• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities

• Ability to work across teams and support end-to-end solution delivery
