About Project:
A cost-sharing initiative is being implemented within the Capacity Calculation Region (CCR) Core, involving 16 Transmission System Operators (TSOs) across 13 European countries. This initiative is a key component of the cross-border redispatching and countertrading coordination mechanism under the Regional Operational Security Coordination (ROSC) framework.
responsibilities :
System Architecture and Infrastructure Design
Architectural Design: Lead the design of a secure, scalable system architecture that adheres to company’s policies and technical standards (AdoIT/Archimate).
Interface Development: Design and optimize cross-system interfaces to facilitate seamless integration with TSO and Regional Coordination Center (RCC) systems.
Collaborative Design: Work in close partnership with company’s internal IT Architect and IT Experts to ensure architectural strategy, security protocols, and infrastructure compatibility meet organizational requirements.
Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders
Engagement: Actively engage with internal IT Architect, IT Experts, and the PO to ensure alignment with company’s policies and best practices in IT architecture.
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with departments such as Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture Management, and Service Management to synchronize infrastructure requirements with company’s standards.
External Partner Management: Manage and coordinate activities with service providers to maintain alignment, quality, and timeline adherence.
Quality and Compliance Assurance: Ensure all architecture and infrastructure documentation complies with company’s quality and regulatory standards, with active collaboration from IT Experts.
Tendering Support and Quality Assurance
Tender Process Support: Provide technical support during the EU tendering process, assisting in evaluating and selecting IT service providers.
Compliance Verification: Oversee the quality and regulatory compliance of all architectural plans, systems, and infrastructure documentation in alignment with company’s standards.
Project and Task Management
Work Package Tracking and Reporting: Monitor infrastructure-related work packages to ensure timely delivery and quality, maintaining alignment with project milestones.
Documentation and Decision-Making: Prepare architectural assessments, regular status updates, and detailed documentation and relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration with Technical Experts
Technical Guidance: Provide direction to technical teams, including data scientists, engineers, application architects, and other specialists.
Data Flow and Compliance: Work closely with internal IT Experts and the Q&A/Test Manager to ensure data flow, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Data Security in Automation: Oversee data security protocols within automated test data processes, ensuring data integrity and security.

Technical Proficiency and Certification
IT Architecture and Infrastructure Certifications: Required industry certifications, such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect.
IT Service Management Certification: ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification, demonstrating understanding of IT service management best practices.
Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of hybrid and cloud-based infrastructures, including experience with interface design.
Infrastructure Architecture and Project Leadership: Proven experience as an Infrastructure
rchitect and project lead on IT projects of comparable complexity and size in the energy sector.
Sector-Specific Knowledge
Experience with TSOs, ENTSO-E, or RCCs: Familiarity with projects involving TSOs, ENTSO-E, or RCCs is a significant asset.
Redispatching and Energy Sector Knowledge: Understanding of redispatching processes is an asset, but not mandatory.
Critical Infrastructure Management: Extensive experience in designing and operating infrastructure for highly critical processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication
Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, particularly company’s internal IT Architect, IT Experts, and the PO.
Documentation and Reporting: Proficiency in creating clear, comprehensive documentation and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Languages and Soft Skills
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required (German language skill is an asset).
Team-oriented and Flexible: Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and collaboration in dynamic project environments.
Conditions and Framework
Certifications and Technical Expertise: Possession of relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, and ITIL Foundation is required to ensure expertise in IT architecture, infrastructure design, and service management.
Confidentiality and Compliance: Strict adherence to confidentiality, regulatory requirements, and company’s compliance policies is mandatory due to the critical nature of the project and its role in energy sector operations.
Collaborative Workspace Tools: Proven experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira for documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination to align with company’s collaborative and agile project management framework.
