Your role:

Join our team as an IT Sector Architect and make a real impact! Based in our dynamic Electronics business, you’ll bridge the gap between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring seamless integration across our manufacturing and R&D sites. Your main focus will be on designing and implementing robust IT architectures that meet company standards and GxP requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with both IT and OT teams, serving as a technical liaison to drive improvements and align strategies with business goals. Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, particularly in IT/OT environments.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing integrated IT/OT systems.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and OT systems, including networks and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with industry standards for IT/OT integration (e.g., ISA-95, NIST).
• Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling languages (e.g., UML).
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for innovative problem-solving.
