• We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Architect from Wrocław to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling standards, particularly TOGAF, SOA, BPMN, UML, and enterprise modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect (EA).

• Design and document enterprise-level IT architectures aligned with business goals and strategies.
• Use TOGAF to develop and maintain architecture frameworks and standards.
• Model business processes and system interactions using BPMN and UML.
• Define and govern the use of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure architectural compliance and consistency across projects and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and project teams.

• Proven experience in IT architecture or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TOGAF, BPMN, UML, SOA, and EA (Enterprise Architect).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, IT infrastructure, and integration strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• TOGAF certification is highly desirable.
