Dormer Pramet is looking for an IT Architect – CRM .

This position can be located anywhere in Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Spain, Malaysia, or India.

JOB SUMMARY

At Dormer Pramet, IT is positioned as a trusted technology partner and efficient service provider to the business.

The role of the IT Architect - CRM is pivotal in ensuring alignment between the CRM solution and business needs. This role encompasses establishing and executing a roadmap for the CRM product to meet the evolving requirements of the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Act as system owner of CRM to ensure the system’s high availability and efficiency.
2. Understand the business requirements and provide proposals of solutions with relevant stakeholders including design and estimate of time, cost, and resources.
3. Communicate and align with other architects to ensure the solutions comply with the higher-level architecture design.
4. Maintain and monitor the system to ensure it runs properly as designed.
5. Improve the solution based on the enhancement requirements and analysis of performance.
6. Work with product owner on the alignment of priority and plan of requirements.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor management including evaluation of proposals, quotations, and estimates.
8. Drive the implementation of projects and changes in the CRM area.
9. Act as IT project manager for the implementation of CRM-related solutions as needed.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders on system integration.
11. Manage the service performance and improve the functionalities of the CRM system.
12. Ensure the service level agreement is in place for CRM and is fulfilled.
13. Deliver service reports of CRM and improve the quality of the services.
14. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end business operational processes and service delivery processes.
15. Manage the budget and costs of related delivery and support with stakeholders.
16. Maintain the documents of solution design and knowledge of designated areas.
17. Communicate with stakeholders regarding system performance.

PROFILE

A degree in a relevant field and previous experience as an IT Architect would be an advantage.

Strong business acumen and customer-centric.

5+ years of experience with CRM solutions.

Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is necessary.

Demonstrable experience of Dynamics CRM implementation and maintenance.

Solid knowledge of business processes and technology in the CRM area.

Agile ways of working with experience in agile methodology.
