Our IT Applications Manager will join a Global Application Operations and will be responsible for service management of IT solutions and its vendor’s and supplier’s performance and the delivery of managed services to satisfy the business needs. They will focus on the new global S4/ HANA SAP platform covering all functional SAP aspects including manufacturing and several more.

Principle Accountabilities:
Be the single point of contact and SME (subject matter expert) for the operational IT around the applications in scope
Ensuring ITIL processes are devolved and maintained and improved
Introducing innovation and continuous improvement into services provided by individual vendors at reduced cost
Managing the set of contractual obligations and services
Ensuring Vendor performance against SLA’s through the running of regular Service Quality Reviews
Acting as initial point of escalation for all contract and governance issues
Support the process of sourcing new vendors enabling the acquisition of new products and services from vendors

Proven experience of application management and end-to-end IT support
Experience of working with multi support teams in different regions, languages and cultures
Vendor Management
ITIL v3 or v4 best practices
Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
Must have strong communication and presentation skills
