For our customer, leader on the industrial real estate market, we are looking for IT Applications Administrator. This individual will participate in the development and maintenance of all existing and new European IT applications. This position will report directly to the IT Applications Manager. This position will provide technical consultation in new systems development, new package evaluations, and enhancement of existing systems, participating in structured walkthrough and technical reviews.

responsibilities :
Application management:
Installation, configuration and upgrading application
Monitoring of application performance and availability
Manage user access rights
Providing technical support within managed business applications
Resolving technical issues
Providing support for application End-Users
Diagnosing and fixing errors and performance problems
Database management:
Administration of databases related to applications
Ensuring data security and compliance with company policies
Performing backups and data recovery when necessary
Documentation and Reporting:
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
Reporting application status and incidents to supervisors
Preparing disaster recovery procedure and performing the DR testing
Optimization and Improvements:
Identifying and implementing improvements in application performance
Analysis of logs and reports to detect potential problems
Collaboration with development teams to implement new features and updates
Installation of security patches on operating systems related with application
Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Business Applications related field, work closely with IT Project Manager and Business Project Manager
Effective communication with both technical and functional end-users
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience in administering Business Applications
Understanding of application design principles and basic system architecture
Experience with low-code platforms, including configuration and administration of tools like Jira or Webcon
Proficiency in administering both Windows and Linux operating systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
Knowledge about Relational database management system (SQL Server)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Polish
