What Tasks Can You Expect?

1. Manage and configure application functions and processes (workflows, wizards, reports)
2. Collaborate with business users and vendors
3. Create and maintain interfaces for integration with TUV core platforms (SAP, Microsoft)
4. Provide 2nd Level Support, analyze and coordinate fixing of bugs/unexpected behavior
5. Support training and end-user tests
6. Document deliverables

What Skills and Experiences Should You Have?

1. Degree in Information Studies, Business Studies in combination with IT, or relevant practical expertise
2. Proven understanding of IT software landscapes
3. Fast learning attitude
4. Able to understand complex IT topics
5. Understanding of collaboration tools like Jira
6. Knowledge of English; German is an advantage
7. Knowledge of XML is an advantage
