Resolving incidents, requests and problems
Analyzing the problem and co-ordinating with other teams to fix the issue
Owning the issue and driving till closure
Supporting the production environment, accessing upstream and downstream applications
Striving for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore
Creating and maintaining required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes
Keeping process and documentation up to date
Wymagania
Have worked for more than 3 years in a position focused on the 2nd line of IT support for applications
Speak fluent English (French is a plus)
Are familiar with ITIL Availability Management, Service Continuity Management, Problem management and Change management
Can work autonomously and use initiative where appropriate
Understand Support methodologies
Show flexible attitude and adaptable approach
Communicate with a diverse audience with ease
