? For our Client from the automotive sector we are looking for IT Application Support Specialist with English and German ?

✔ Location: Wrocław – 2 days per week of on-site work.

Digital Support (formerly Dealer Support Center) is where all the action happens for IT-related requests from dealers and workshops of a global automotive group. Our helpdesks are spread across Bangalore, Beijing, Curitiba, Gothenburg, Greensboro, and Wroclaw. We offer local insights, tailored opening hours, and support in major international languages. We provide IT support across a broad portfolio of commercial vehicle brands within one international organization.


  • IT Enthusiasts: You already have initial experience in IT helpdesk or service desk environments and are eager to deepen your skills with ServiceNow, ITIL-based processes, and professional customer support.
  • Language Pros: Fluent in German and English — C2 or native-level German and at least B2–C1 English to confidently handle calls, emails, and documentation. Knowledge of additional European languages is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical Minds: You enjoy analyzing technical issues, breaking problems down logically, and delivering practical, reliable solutions to users.
  • People Persons: This role involves frequent interaction with customers and IT specialists. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes fast-paced environment and communicate calmly and clearly.
  • IT Service Champs: You bring several years of hands-on experience in IT support or service desk roles, along with solid knowledge of ITIL and customer service best practices—especially incident handling, request fulfillment, and end-to-end user support.

,[Handling Incidents & Requests: Acting as the first point of contact, receiving and logging incidents and service requests primarily via an online portal, with occasional phone support., Troubleshooting & Resolution: Resolving issues using business application knowledge, communication skills, and internal knowledge bases, while collaborating with team members when needed., Case Transfer / Escalation: Escalating complex cases to specialized support teams and ensuring smooth handovers., Tracking & Follow-Up: Monitoring progress of escalated cases and following up to ensure timely resolution., Direct User Contact: Supporting users and customers from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria via phone and online tools.Problem-Solving: Addressing issues related to dealer and workshop applications using business and technical understanding., Shift Work: Standard shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
