,[Handling Incidents & Requests: Acting as the first point of contact, receiving and logging incidents and service requests primarily via an online portal, with occasional phone support., Troubleshooting & Resolution: Resolving issues using business application knowledge, communication skills, and internal knowledge bases, while collaborating with team members when needed., Case Transfer / Escalation: Escalating complex cases to specialized support teams and ensuring smooth handovers., Tracking & Follow-Up: Monitoring progress of escalated cases and following up to ensure timely resolution., Direct User Contact: Supporting users and customers from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria via phone and online tools.Problem-Solving: Addressing issues related to dealer and workshop applications using business and technical understanding., Shift Work: Standard shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
