We are looking for a communicative and customer-focused Application Support Agent fluent in French and Spanish to join team. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent support experiences.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Fluency in French and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Additional language skills in Italian is a plus
• Previous experience in IT support is advantageous
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and system navigation
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus
