Technologies-expected : SAP 4 HANA responsibilities : Managing applications and services within the SAP environment, with a focus on SAP ERP FI/CO and S/4 HANA Finance. Participating in upcoming S/4 HANA transformation activities (defining the IT environment, data migration, testing). Ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications in the finance area for LGBS and its global clients in collaboration with IT team members in Germany and service providers. Supporting treasury-related IT applications as a key priority area. Providing support and advice to internal LGBS business units and LH Group clients on finance-related IT matters. Designing and implementing new applications in the financial IT environment. Monitoring interfaces and automated processes for integrity, performance, and optimal use to ensure stable support of financial processes offered by LGBS. Adapting supported applications to technical and/or business requirements, coordinating tests, and maintaining up-to-date documentation for implemented solutions. Handling incident tickets and change requests. Supporting automation and digitalization in financial IT and associated processes. Working collaboratively in a team with initiative and independence. Acting as a product manager for selected IT applications, including budgetary and controlling functions. Managing the lifecycle of IT products and ensuring compliance with IT strategy and architectural guidelines. Managing and supporting projects in the financial IT area (e.g., international solution deployments, IT harmonization projects, implementation of new functionalities). Supporting client and internal projects in terms of planning and execution. requirements-expected : Higher education (preferred fields: Management, Business Informatics, IT, or related areas). Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written). Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and managing SAP applications in finance. Experience in adapting and conceptually designing SAP solutions. Good understanding of financial data flows and business processes. Knowledge of SAP FI modules (AP, AR, GL, FI-AA), with additional modules (e.g., CO) being a plus. Experience in project management and managing processes, demand, and IT services. Familiarity with MS Office tools and IT self-service systems. Experience in IT Shared Services environments and IT infrastructure. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility, intercultural competencies, and an entrepreneurial approach. Ability to clearly define complex issues. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
