As an IT Application Engineer, you can expect a wide range of tasks in our team, which supports Worldlines Siron AML/KYC platform. You will be part of the operation team of our AML and KYC software, where you will interact with internal customers and suppliers.
You will also operate and integrate our AML / KYC platform on our Linux, Windows, MySQL, and Oracle environments, develop and automate deployments and functional tests, coordinate, test, and implement releases, ensure smooth operation, actively involve customers, suppliers, surrounding systems, stakeholders, and much more. You are looking for a challenge with a wide range of assignments, enjoy working in a team, and constantly learn new things.
responsibilities :
Support of the AML / KYC software
Development and maintenance of the monitoring and automation functions
Creation of operational scripts and parameterization of the tools used
Automating, optimizing, and maintaining the processes and configuration
Ensuring the operation of services developed externally by software suppliers
2nd level application support of the assigned applications and sporadic weekend assignments
Planning and implementation of releases in coordination between customers and software suppliers
System integration of new applications into the production environment.
requirements-expected :
Technical or computer science apprenticeship or higher education in computer science (FH or Uni).
Profound knowledge in Linux/Windows environment as well as integration, operation, and monitoring of services
Profound knowledge in SQL as well as Oracle and MS SQL databases, Shell/Pearl-Scripting as well as network communication
Customer-oriented and independent way of working
