The IT Applications Analyst will be responsible for the effective implementation, management, and support of IT Enterprise SaaS applications. The successful candidate will work closely with business units to understand their application needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that applications are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

• Application Management:
  • Administer and support enterprise SaaS applications, ensuring their availability and performance.
  • Implement application upgrades and enhancements.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Requirement Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze application requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend application solutions.
• System Integration:
  • Design and implement integration solutions between enterprise applications and other systems.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
• User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving application-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users to enhance their understanding and usage of applications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes.
• Project Coordination:
  • Participate in application-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams to implement new applications and enhancements.
  • Assist in project planning, testing, and deployment activities.

Attributes and Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS applications, system integration, and data management (experienced with Business Analytics)
• Proficiency in application support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Power BI
