Detailed Description of Work Task to be Carried Out:

We need an additional IT analyst for our downstream team within the Core Banking program. The purpose of the program is to replace old local legacy systems with one Nordic core banking platform. We now see a need for an extra IT analyst for the downstream team. The IT analyst should collect requirements from business stakeholders and document them in features and/or user stories. The candidate should be able to drive the requirements from collection, via documentation to handover to developers independently. He/She should be able to work in a complex environment with many different stakeholders and dependencies. He/She also needs to understand and document the payments and their flows.

Description of Knowledge and Experience:

1. The candidate needs to have professional knowledge of data governance and data mapping.
2. The candidate needs to have experience in the banking sector, preferably from a larger bank.
3. The candidate also needs to have extensive experience working as a Business Analyst and an IT Analyst.
4. The candidate needs to have worked in a larger program with approximately 300+ employees.
5. It is an advantage if the candidate has worked in a Nordic bank.
6. It is an advantage if the candidate has knowledge about reporting.
7. It is an advantage if the candidate has experience working in Hadoop.
