About the project

We are looking for an experienced Business/IT Analyst to explore new Transaction Monitoring requirements for one of our clients from the banking sector. You will facilitate analysis together with business experts, product owners, local systems SMEs, and various stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between the Business and IT teams from a scope perspective
  • Collect, validate, structure, and document business functional and non-functional requirements
  • Act the SPOC for any questions/clarifications from Developers/Testers regarding requirements
  • Provide support to the Testing team in drafting the Test scenarios as well as the Business team during UAT from a scope coverage perspective

Our requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and at least 4 years of experience in business and IT analysis
  • Thorough knowledge of Quantexa platform
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with our stakeholders
  • Proficient in collecting, validating, and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements
  • Good knowledge of process modeling and visualization techniques (BPMN)
  • Understanding of data analysis and information modeling
  • Very good English writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Residing in Poland required
  • Fluent Polish required

Optional

  • Familiar with the agile way of working
  • Previous experience in the banking domain, especially in the financial crime prevention area
  • Knowledge of various products of Capital Markets and Trade Finance respectively
