• First Line Analysts, or Service Desk Support Agents, as members of the front-line customer service team, find the best and easiest solution to user problems.
• This entry-level position is a perfect fit for you if you are a junior or early in your career and want to get involved in an international environment.
• During the first 6 months, the contractor develops under the guidance of a team leader, expands his IT knowledge, and gains experience in working with business clients.

• Use and improve your language skills by daily work in German and English
