First Line Analysts, or Service Desk Support Agents, as members of the front-line customer service team, find the best and easiest solution to user problems.
This entry-level position is a perfect fit for you if you are a junior or early in your career and want to get involved in an international environment.
During the first 6 months, the contractor develops under the guidance of a team leader, expands his IT knowledge, and gains experience in working with business clients.
responsibilities :
Use and improve your language skills by daily work in German and English
Communicate with an international customer via telephone and e-mail
Have daily chats in German and English
Learn a lot and develop your professional profile
Gain some IT knowledge
Participate in trainings and talent programs
Have a stable workplace with flexible scheduling
Work in a safe and friendly atmosphere, where people matter
requirements-expected :
You speak German (B2) and English fluently (B2)
You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
You have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
You have first experience in IT customer service
You have MS Office skills
Nice to have experience on the first line of technical support
