We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst with a strong background in banking products to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in both business and system analysis, excellent communication skills in English, and confidence in working with large volumes of data. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis in financial markets, banking, or payments area Knowledge of UML and BPMN as well as modeling tools (e.G., Proficiency in SQL and database systems Strong analytical thinking, systematic approach, accuracy, and quality orientation Very good command of English (minimum communicative, C1 level preferred) Experience in integration projects and data mapping is a plus Responsibilities youll have Conducting feasibility analysis of projects related to banking products, both for retail and corporate clients Designing business processes, use cases, sequence diagrams, and system models Owning documentation & presentations, ensuring clarity for both technical and business stakeholders Preparing technical specifications for IT solutions Ensuring compliance of implementation with analytical documentation Data mapping and analysis of integration processes Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our clients premier partner in Poland.
