Preferred location: Gdańsk/Gdynia (Warsaw and Łódź will be considered as well)



Hybrid work: one day a week in the office on monthly average

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Work with requirements
• Help design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Experience in data analysis
• Work closely with stakeholders across Nordea to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units
• Work in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team
• Have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Have the ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on a high level) and be able to ask the right questions
• Be a fluent communicator and have experience working with business users

Skills Required:

• Communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Data modeling, data mining
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms NOT required
• Knowledge of SQL, Hive; Nice to have: Python
