• Extensive experience in Analyst role; collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating their needs into technical requirements for development (Requirements Engineering)
• Understanding the technical limitations and utilising this knowledge in meetings with requesters and developers alike. Acting as a bridge between requesters and the technical implementation team
• Foundational understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts and ability to quickly understand and interpret technical concepts
• Knowledge of development of automated solutions in the technology landscape
• Good understanding of Agile methodology, with familiarity of the SAFe framework being an advantage
• Experience in using Jira software nice to have
