Main Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to gather data and identify sources.
Organize workshops and create necessary materials for discussions.
Facilitate solution development in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Assist in building cost assessments.
Support reporting to stakeholders with findings.
Collect and clean data from various systems and third-party sources.
Conduct exploratory analysis to discover patterns and trends.
Create visualizations and reports, including dashboards and charts, using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights.
Key Requirements:
In-depth IT knowledge covering software, hardware, networking, and security.
Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information across all levels.
Strong attention to detail with rapid technical issue resolution abilities.
Collaborative team working experience across diverse departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows platforms.
Nice to Have:
Understanding of business continuity management.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques.
