about-project :
Responsible for providing day-to-day Information Technology support to employees based in TIFS sites (production sites and offices) and for a range of software and hardware related systems. Provides effective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries, or complaints. Act as Level 1 support for the end users and route to Level 2 expert where required.
responsibilities :
Provide First level support for all users, including Hardware and a wide range of systems.
Diagnose and resolve operational incidents, prioritize, and manage many open cases at one time.
Travel to remote operations sites to assist users and projects on site when necessary.
Provide support to the company PC and hardware deployment processes.
Provide professional training and coaching to users.
Co-ordinate with Global Infrastructure Team for hardware deployment on site.
Provide off-hours support as required.
requirements-expected :
Required experience in hardware and software support on similar position in production plant, preferred min. 5 years.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and IT workplace endpoint problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work independently as well as multi-task.
Communicative level of English.
Experience with all levels of business personnel support is required.
Required knowledge of O365 products as well as O365 application landscape.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Software deployment, patching, and PC deployment with Autopilot preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Nice to have basic German language.
