Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)
The project focuses on transforming an existing change management process by tailoring it to the needs and capabilities of different teams, domains, and projects. It introduces customized approaches, such as local CABs, delegated decision-making, and decentralized risk acceptance. The IT Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner, facilitating stakeholder workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into user stories. The role also includes maintaining project and operational documentation in Confluence as part of a centralized IT/ITIL process library.
responsibilities :
Facilitating internal workshops with a wide range of stakeholder
Defining and recommending tailored approaches to change management processes
Collecting business and technical requirements and translating them into user stories and actionable tasks
Creating, maintaining, and updating project and operational documentation (e.g. a Confluence-based process library serving as a central hub for IT / ITIL processes)
Supporting the project team with other standard project and delivery-related activities

Proven proficiency in Change Management
Strong experience in requirements analysis and definition
Hands-on, operational knowledge of Jira and Confluence
