• This role requires the candidate to work from our clients office in Tricity or Warsaw once a week to facilitate collaboration and team engagement.

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
• Help design advanced solutions around data and analytics.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Klient to understand the expected outcomes and elicit business features.
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organizational units across Klient.
• Work in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional Agile delivery team.
• Possess a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes.
• Have the ability to quickly grasp new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions.
• Be a fluent communicator with experience working with business users.
