We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to support analytical work for mortgage solutions within the Service Domain (SD).
The role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements into IT solutions, with strong collaboration across scrum teams and occasional contribution at a cross-team project level.
The position is primarily analytical, with elements of solution design support and close cooperation with development teams delivering business-critical mortgage systems.
Work model: Hybrid – 2 days per week from the office
responsibilities :
Gather, analyze, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements
Create and maintain functional and non-functional documentation
Translate business requirements into clear, developer-ready tasks and user stories
Model data, processes, and information flows
Support IT solution design in cooperation with architects and developers
Participate in workshops, refinements, and solution design sessions
Identify and resolve issues during design and development phases
Support development teams in day-to-day problem solving
Work as part of a scrum team and contribute, when required, to a broader project scope
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements
Experience translating business needs into development tasks
Ability to model data, processes, or information structures
Solid understanding of APIs and microservices-based architectures
Experience supporting IT solution design and development teams
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills (Fluent English)
