Extensive experience in Analyst role; collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating their needs into technical requirements for development (Requirements Engineering).
Understanding the technical limitations and utilising this knowledge in meetings with requesters and developers alike. Acting as a bridge between requesters and the technical implementation team.
Foundational understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts and ability to quickly understand and interpret technical concepts.
Knowledge of development of automated solutions in the technology landscape.
Good understanding of Agile methodology, with familiarity of the SAFe framework being an advantage.
