The Senior IT Analyst will be responsible for technical expertise in assigned applications, supporting technical issues in production, and assisting the development team in building new functionalities on existing applications.
responsibilities :
Check that developers and testers have prepared fixes, preventive changes or minor enhancements, plan and schedule deployment steps, coordinate the deployment, and verify its success.
Collaborate with development project teams for new applications or major upgrades, review requirements and designs, contribute to go-live rehearsals and deployment, and take responsibility for running production systems.
Collect system logs, monitoring data, and information during production incidents, estimate impact, invoke support staff, propose solutions, and verify service recovery and restoration.
Participate in root cause analysis meetings to propose preventive measures and identify solutions for improving production stability, efficiency, tools, processes, and practices.
