Design and implement automation feature to optimize and secure application portfolio management
Align all security aspects with client processes and standards
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for services and environments
Provide technical expertise on complex issues, guiding team members toward effective solutions
Offer leadership and mentorship to ensure deliverables are accurate, efficient, and secure
Actively participate in all KYC-related technical initiatives and recommend infrastructure or software enhancements
Serve as the primary point of contact for the KYC System Team on technical matters
Collaborate with the Test Team to provide input for both functional and non-functional test design
