responsibilities :
Analyze and optimize IT processes related to application and infrastructure management.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and company standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation for services and environments within the Application Support team.
Support the team in solving complex technical issues and provide expert guidance.
Collaborate with the Test and System teams to ensure high-quality IT services.
Drive and coordinate system maintenance activities, such as updates, licensing, hardware ordering, and security patching.
Act as a key point of contact for technical aspects related to the KYC domain.
Provide recommendations for technology infrastructure, software, and equipment.
Ensure system availability and deliver a sufficient level of IT support.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing ITIL Service Operation processes (event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfillment).
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing ITIL Service Transition processes (change management).
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, Ninjago).
Ability to work with IT architecture and solution design documentation.
Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Goal-oriented and eager to adopt new technologies.
