An IT Analyst at CFO Solutions is a technologist who understands how to translate client needs into EPM business applications such as Board, OneStream or Planful. IT Analysts facilitate client discussions and maintain/build application components to suit the specific client needs within the given EPM software. They understand basic accounting processes, financial statements, and common business metrics in one or more industries. IT Analysts are resourceful, effective problem-solvers and have a driven curiosity to learn new applications and apply newly gained knowledge.
The IT Analyst will also partner with Practice Teams in ongoing new implementation projects for financial consolidation, planning and reporting. The IT Analyst will participate in projects within Europe and the USA.

This position requires availability to work second shift (from 2pm to 10pm)
Responsibilities:
Identifying, documenting, and managing client business requirements
Supporting application configurations and interfaces, testing and user training
Preparation of data files, load data, and reconcile data
Development of interactive dashboards, views, input forms, and reports to collect and display data
Professionally communicate with client and CFO Solutions project teams
Communication with clients about any adjustments or optimization needs for their current application
Identification of business needs and define administrative processes
Contributing to projects in functional and technical design, build, and testing stages of implementations
Ability to learn EPM software through online trainings and internal peer-to-peer trainings
Actively engage in strengthening core consulting skills and technology skills
Able to adhere to self-imposed time and schedule management as a role may be assigned to multiple clients and/or projects at one time

Required skills and experience:
Basic knowledge of financial systems and data management concepts, typically obtained through coursework in Information Systems
Understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals
Knowledge of common financial statements
Outstanding communication skills and confidence
Collaborative problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in groups with high personal accountability
Eagerness and discipline to develop new skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts
University degree or industry equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Systems
During the probationary period (3 months) the work is hybrid, some days in the office in Krakow. After this period, the work is 100% remote.
