Location: Gdańsk

Your challenges:

1. Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
2. Being part of building or rebuilding DATA Platform for the Bank
3. Working with data uplift program - gathering and defining requirements
4. Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics
5. Working closely together with stakeholders across the organisation to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
6. Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across the organisation
7. Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team
8. Banking knowledge and experience is a must

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of SQL – it’s a must
2. Experience working with complex requirements
3. Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, data quality, etc.
4. Hive
5. Good communication skills
6. Ownership and independence on the Tasks, Features, User stories
7. Analytical thinking and problem solving
8. Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, big data
9. Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms NOT required
10. Nice to have: Python, Spark
11. Banking knowledge and experience is a must
